ADULT MODERN DANCE & BUTOH with Kevin Bergsma

suitable for dancers, actors, and students of other movement disciplines 2010 Fall Winter Session ~ Sept 22 to Dec 8 Wednesdays 10 AM to 11:30 AM Kevin's class is expressive and athletic and makes for a fantastic, fun way to get in shape drawing from classical and contemporary dance techniques as well as Yoga and Qi Gong. Kevin's class starts calm and slow, focusing on deep breathing and gradually progresses to stretching, strengthening, stamina and technique exercises. Once the class is warm Kevin leads the class through poetic dance combinations working on freedom of personal expression and motivational imagery. |
